Jeff Glover Moves Into the President Role and Appoints Taylor Kerrigan as the Chief Executive Officer for Glover Agency Realtors
During their annual State of the Company, Jeff Glover announced some changes to the executive leadership including appointing himself as the President of the organization and assigning Taylor Kerrigan the position of CEO for Glover Agency & Glover Agency Reserve, Realtors.
Jeffs role as president will consist of continuing to cast the vision for the organization and Jeff will be responsible for holding the CEO accountable to executing on the mission of the organization. Jeff will continue to be actively involved in developing ideas and strategies to improve the overall value proposition to its’ associates as well as having an aggressive role in continuing to provide input and suggestions in relation to the company’ s marketing plans to consumers and its’ agents. Finally, Jeff will continue to remain “on the ground” with his associates by listing and selling real estate, which will help him in his continued role of working with the leadership team to develop sales strategies in all departments.

Taylor’s role will consist of leading her team of leaders to bring the best out of our associates through their sales production and will continue to play an integral role in making sure they are making the money they want to make and living the lives they’d like to live. In addition, Taylor will now be responsible for the overall financial health of the organization and that decisions are being made that will impact everyone positively, including making sure the company is in a position to thrive profitably so we can continue to innovate and stay ahead of the competition through added value propositions and hiring and retaining quality operations and marketing teams to support our associates.
