Prior to becoming a full-time real estate professional, Aaron spent over a decade investing in and renovating single-family rental properties from 2011 to 2022. That hands-on experience provides a valuable perspective when evaluating homes, identifying potential value, and helping clients make smart financial decisions. Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, or investors building their portfolios, he combines practical investment knowledge with the high-performance systems, marketing, and training that define the Glover Agency’s results-driven approach.

Being familiar with the Metro Detroit housing market, Aaron specializes in helping clients navigate competitive conditions while positioning homes to stand out. Outside of real estate, he enjoys attending car events in the community and spending time with his family, preferably at white sand beaches and turquoise waters.
