With over a decade of experience in banking, mortgage, and real estate, I’ve helped over 300 families confidently navigate their next chapter, with more than $80 million in personal sales and a team that consistently ranks among the top in West Michigan.

In 2023, I launched Blue Beacon Realty with a mission to lead with purpose, elevate the experience, and build something that lasts. In 2025, we merged our vision and leadership into Glover Agency, allowing us to keep the heart of our culture while scaling the tools, training, and marketing behind the scenes. Today, Prichard Properties is the unified brand that brings together our Blue Beacon values and our Glover Agency partnership, offering clients the best of both.
