Preview Week begins September 12, followed by the main ArtPrize competition beginning September 18 and running through October 3.

On Sunday, September 20, runners take to the streets for the LMCU Bridge Run.
Participants can choose between a 5K and 10-mile race, with routes traveling through Downtown Grand Rapids and across some of the city’s most recognizable bridges.
Even if you’re not running, it’s another major community event happening downtown during an already packed month.
Oktoberfest Grand Rapids — September 25–26
September 25 and 26 bring Oktoberfest Grand Rapids to Riverside Park.
The festival features German food, live music, games and family activities, and the festival itself is free to attend.
